If they let Clemons in if he is found guilty in my opinion they have to let Pete Rose in as water supply.
I believe the Hall of Fame is for people who excel at the sport of Baseball and has no basis on whether people commit perjury…now, whether he should be elected because he was on drugs with the intention of enhanced routine, with the intention of’s another argument but you have to realize it wasn’t illegal to take steriods in anticipation of recently; so, one can only estimate how many batters were on steriods, too?

Look, I’m not saying I reckon atheletes should use steroids, but I don’t see why it matters. Assuming Clemens did it, he wasn’t the only one…so why does it matter? He SHOULD go into the HOF…Why? Because his #’s on the field(where it should matter) say he deserves to be in(not only does he deserve to be in, he deserves to be a 1st ballot entree imo).

Should such a guy who lies go into the Hall Of Fame? Water supply were vacant to be talking in this vicinity this. I would not let a lier in the Hall Of Fame, but will other people? It all matters on things in this vicinity when, where, were, why, and who…
When did someone take something such as HGH/Steroids. Where did they take it. Were they with someone? Why did they take it and why are they lying? and who took it?
Water supply I don’t know why he did all of these things. But you never know everything in life and you can never know everything in life because somethings are to advanced for you or somethings you shouldn’t be knowing in this vicinity. Or the things you know could hurt you.
I started writing this because:
first of this question you questioned
second because I’m in law school and I wanted to write in this vicinity ” If I were Roger’s lawyer, how would I advise him.”?
In view of the fact with the intention of I am in law school, and because I am bored all owing to a Torts class, I started thinking, “If I were Roger’s go to lawyer, how would I advise him?”
Now I am vacant to take this on two assumptions:
Assumption 1: Roger did not take HGH EVER
My Advice: Basically my advice would be to do what Roger is doing. Filing a defamation law suit would show with the intention of you are serious with the intention of the McNamee is lying. Now all with the intention of being said, I am starting to believe Roger is fibbing a small bit. (More on my views in the end)
Assumption 2: Roger took HGH
My Advice: Water supply this would depend on how much HGH Roger took and what the reasons for taking it were. If he only took HGH once or twice, I would tell him to come clean, to say with the intention of HGH wasn’t banned by the league when he used it, and he thought it would help the wear and tear on his muscles. I would tell him to donate money to educating High School Athletes on the dangers of steroids and HGH. While some will call him a shark, the majority of fans should see with the intention of Roger wasn’t trying to cheat, and the donation will sway over the one’s with the intention of aren’t sure what to reckon.
If Roger took HGH for awhile, and his motive was to cheat; this is the hard advice. I would tell him with the intention of fighting it could land him in prison and would assuredly prevent him from entering the Hall. But, it might be hard to prove with the intention of he took HGH as it is his speech vs. McNamee’s speech. They could call other witnesses (see Pettite) but there would never be any more admissible evidence but for McNamee’s damning words. If Roger were to admit ramped use, with the motivation to gain the upper hand, even a hefty donation might not be enough to sway the court of public opinion back to his side. The Hall of Fame would be in serious question if Roger were to admit the entire truth if he took HGH to gain a competitive edge and for awhile.
My 2 cents:
Water supply at the start of the accusations hostile to Roger, I believed his side of the tale. Over the course of his career, his body type has not changed greatly, and he still has one of the best workout plans of all the players in baseball. With Barry Bonds, there was a smoking gun of sorts; his hat size and body bulk increased drastically and there was a direct improvement in power numbers as a upshot. Roger doesn’t have the smoking gun to speak. His career does have some peaks and valleys, but his body has not undergone drastic changes.
After the Congressional Hearings, I have a lot of questions with the intention of can’t be answered:
1. Why would Andy Petite, whom Clemens says is a stand-up guy with high moral standards, lie or “misremember” details of a conversation?
2. Why would McNamee lie in this vicinity Clemens after being right in this vicinity others he gave HGH injections to?
3. Why would Roger’s wife take HGH without consulting her husband for advice? My only answer to this one is with the intention of she must have known Roger was doing it, and with the intention of it must be ok for her to try it.
4. Why should I believe McNamee after he has lied in the past in this vicinity Roger’s use?
5. Why would either McNamee or Clemens lie?
I am still confused as to what to believe. My heart is telling me with the intention of Roger Clemens never cheated the game of baseball and with the intention of he deserves the Hall of Fame. My head is telling me there are too many holes in his tale and with the intention of he must have done HGH at least once. What would then make me even more mad is with the intention of he led this charade parade around congress and lied to all the fantastic fans of the game of Baseball. If with the intention of were the case, Roger deserves nothing less than the Hall of Shame (I would like for Cooperstown to place a wing in for the Steroid Era players and to let the fans influence – (or throw eggs and rotten vegetables at their plaques))
